These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Honeybee CRM ("Service"), a customer relationship management platform ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Honeybee CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Your Data

You own your data. We never claim ownership of the content you upload to Honeybee CRM.

Billing

Billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime and retain access through your current period.

Security

Industry-standard security measures protect your data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

Termination

Cancel anytime. You have 30 days after termination to export your data.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Honeybee CRM (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Honeybee CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provides:

  • Customer data management and tracking
  • Sales pipeline and opportunity management
  • Customer success and engagement tools
  • Task and workflow automation
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Integration capabilities with third-party services

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use Honeybee CRM, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password
  • Use security features provided by your authentication provider
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Honeybee CRM offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

4.3 Payment Terms

You agree to pay all applicable fees and provide valid payment information. If payment fails, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is received.

5. Your Data and Content

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to Honeybee CRM ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service.

5.3 Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Honeybee CRM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

Honeybee CRM, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Honeybee CRM and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

7.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

8. Third-Party Services

Honeybee CRM may integrate with third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

9. Service Availability and Support

9.1 Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9.2 Support

Support is provided according to your subscription plan. Premium support options are available for enterprise customers.

10. Termination

By You

Cancel anytime through your account settings. Access continues through your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or as required by law. Reasonable notice provided.

After Termination

Access to the Service will cease. You have 30 days to export Your Data, after which it may be deleted.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HONEYBEE CRM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honeybee CRM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Honeybee CRM.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger or acquisition.
